Key Qualifications:

Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Minimum of 2 years' recent ICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and rapid response skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition Implement physician orders and evidence-based practices Administer medications, IVs, and advanced therapies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families Educate patients and loved ones on procedures, care, and recovery processes
