This travel assignment empowers experienced Imaging IR Techs to develop their skills by working alongside a dynamic team, including a provider, APPs, and experienced technologists in a department dedicated to advanced patient care. Exposure to a range of workplace practices and evolving leadership styles will help you grow professionally, whether scrubbing in, circulating, or operating cutting-edge medical equipment. Scheduling/Hours:
4 shifts of 10 hours (0700-1730) or 5 shifts of 8 hours (0800-1630) Schedule cycle: Every 4-6 weeks 3-4 call days per month; weekend call every 5th-6th weekend (Friday evening through Monday morning) No regular weekend rotation except for call Hospital-provided black scrubs; free parking
Qualifications:
Valid
BLS, ACLS
certifications ARRT-R or RCIS credential required Proficient in scrubbing and assisting in procedures, circulating, equipment operation, and supply management Experience with Siemens equipment, Sonosite ultrasound, Baxter IV pumps,
Omnicell, and EMR:
EPIC Encompass Responsibilities:
Collaborate with providers, APPs, and nursing staff Maintain two-tech-per-room model for optimal patient care Support swift, safe imaging and IR procedures Efficiently handle clinical technology and supply logistics Take part in a supportive two-day orientation
