You'll be based in a respected skilled nursing facility with 90 beds, offering both short-term and long-term rehab services for patients dealing with strokes, amputations, neurological disorders, joint replacements, and more. Here, you will collaborate with compassionate nursing leadership, a robust case management team, and skilled therapy professionals. Exposure to diverse patient needs, modern technology like EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps, and a supportive interdisciplinary environment will broaden your clinical repertoire and enhance your adaptability in any care setting. Expand your resume through assignments at several partner facilities within the region, supported by paid travel between sites during your scheduled hours. Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel position; details provided during interview
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license and BLS certification At least 18 months of rehab/LTC experience in a skilled nursing facility Proficient in trach management, wound care, IV starts, foley care, tube feedings, and dressing changes Experience with EPIC EMR and Omnicell preferred Willingness to float between partnered care sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care for a wide spectrum of rehab and long-term care patients Manage patient assignments effectively (RN ratios: 1:18-20 Days, 1:26 Nights) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in admissions, and ensure continuity of care Complete documentation and medication management accurately
