Schedule/Hours:
Flexible travel nursing assignment
Qualifications:
Active RN license with current BLS certification Minimum 18 months' experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Rehab setting Prior experience with trach management (refresher provided), foley care, wound and dressing changes, IV starts/management, tube feedings Experience in stroke, amputation, neurological, and s/p joint replacement care beneficial Familiarity with EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Omnicell systems preferred Comfortable floating within the local rehab region as needed (mileage/time compensated)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to patients with a variety of rehabilitation and long-term needs Collaborate with nursing leadership, therapies, HCT, and case management for comprehensive patient support Complete admissions (1-2 per day) as required, with strong teamwork support Adhere to facility policies and maintain accurate electronic health records Provide cross-coverage within the continuing care region as required, ensuring continuity of care
