Schedule & Hours 12-hour night shifts (PM) Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) Navy blue scrubs required Key Qualifications Valid RN license (compact eligible if applicable) Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke certifications Experience with insulin drips (insulin gtts) required Must pass Dysrhythmia Exam (study guide provided) Experience monitoring and caring for ortho, neuro, and telemetry patients Familiarity with wound vacs, central and PICC lines, BiPAP, CPAP, and advanced respiratory modalities highly valued Primary Responsibilities Comprehensive patient assessments and care planning Administer medications and manage non-titratable drips Telemetry strip reading and documentation using EPIC Collaborate with a team to provide evidence-based care Support patient/family education and advocacy throughout care Adapt rapidly to changing patient conditions and support safe outcomes Benefits & Perks Tax-advantaged travel stipends Travel assistance and premium compensation packages Comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) Job security with ongoing assignment opportunities Opportunities to hone your skills and practice resilience in high-acuity environments Set your next adventure in motion!
