Schedule:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts

Qualifications Sought:

Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong communication and patient education abilities Empathy and commitment to patient advocacy

Preferred:

CRRN Certification Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting ACLS and Telemetry competency (or willingness to demonstrate proficiency)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage comprehensive rehabilitation care plans alongside an interdisciplinary team Administer IV antibiotics, IV medications, and blood as needed Conduct head-to-toe patient assessments Use equipment including patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometers, and wound vacs Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and rehabilitation programs
