Every other weekend required Every other holiday required

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a med-surg setting Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills BLS certification required Telemetry experience preferred

Responsibilities/Duties:

Provide direct patient care within a busy med-surg/telemetry unit; typical ratios 1:4 to 1:6 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and utilize virtual nurse support Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document interventions Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff Adapt to new technologies and facility protocols
