Travel assignment; schedule details to be determined based on facility need.

Responsibilities:

Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions consistent with state Board of Nursing standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care. Conduct ongoing collection and assessment of health data to determine patient status and needs. Deliver health teaching, counseling, supportive and restorative therapies. Provide care either directly to the patient or by collaborating with, delegating to, supervising, or teaching others. Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as necessary. Monitor and document therapy and treatment plans in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. Utilize available resources to ensure quality patient care. Reflect hospital mission, vision, and values through professional conduct. Float to different departments as needed and remain flexible regarding on-call shifts.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse license with experience in medical-surgical nursing. Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, team-focused environment. Willingness to float across departments as required by business needs.
