Longmont, CO Job Description We' re hiring an AOI Operator I to support highreliability electronics for aerospace, medical, and advanced technology customers. This entrylevel role focuses on inspecting printed circuit boards using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment on the SMT production line. What You' ll Do Inspect assemblies using AOI equipment to verify workmanship and process compliance Review and validate AOI program results and collected inspection data Identify defects and communicate findings to operators and quality/engineering teams Follow ESD, MSD, board handling, ISO, and 6S requirements Support the continuous improvement of AOI program accuracy What We' re Looking For High school diploma or GED Basic computer proficiency Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks Interest in electronics manufacturing quality Ability to pass IPC component ID and IPCA610 modules (training provided) No prior experience required Why Join US Entry point into aerospace & medical electronics manufacturing Stable daytime schedule with handson technical exposure Clean, qualitydriven production environment with growth opportunities
