Job Description

Schedule:
Full-time, 36 hours per week 12-hour day and night shifts available Self-scheduling with optional overtime Every-other weekend and holiday rotation required Minimal on-call responsibilities
Qualifications:
Nursing degree with current RN compact or KS state license BLS certification required (ACLS & PALS attainable post-hire) New graduates are welcome; enthusiasm and professionalism valued Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability
Responsibilities:
Perform assessments, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a medical/surgical setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-quality, evidence-based care Document patient findings and interventions accurately Float within scope to other units as needed to ensure optimal patient coverage
