Schedule:

12-hour shifts, days and nights

Full-time:

36 hours per week plus overtime opportunities Self-scheduling with flexibility Every-other weekend required (work either every Saturday OR every Sunday, covering half of weekend shifts monthly) Minimal on-call Every-other holiday (assigned and rotated annually)

Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited Nursing program Active KS or Compact RN license Current BLS (ACLS & PALS can be earned post-hire) Entry-level candidates and new grads encouraged Motivated, professional, and compassionate attitude is a must

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care on a busy medical-surgical unit Assess, diagnose, and plan patient care with a strong commitment to safety Float to other units as needed within your scope Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
