Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts, 3x12-hour schedule 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekend and call requirements as needed by the facility
Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license Minimum 4 years of MS nursing experience BLS certification required Willingness to float to other units as needed Strong commitment to patient rights, confidentiality, and interdisciplinary care Demonstrated use of the nursing process for patient care Able to coordinate and evaluate care delivered by peers
Preferred:
ACLS certification
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, effective patient care consistent with hospital mission and values Assess, plan, and implement care in a fast-paced med-surg setting Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and care documentation Collaborate with fellow clinicians and departments for seamless care delivery Uphold patient privacy and the highest standards of nursing professionalism
