Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active Registered Nurse license Previous experience working in a Medical-Surgical setting Proficiency with Epic EHR is required Solid foundation in bedside patient care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexible and adaptable to varying work environments

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Complete thorough and accurate documentation using Epic Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes swiftly and effectively Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions Uphold the highest standards of safety and patient advocacy
