Schedule:

12-hour shifts Floating to Skilled Nursing Department may be required

Qualifications:

Active California RN license required Prior Cerner EMR experience mandatory PALS and ACLS certifications required Ability to provide care for non-critical pediatric patients Prior Med-Surg RN experience strongly preferred Flexibility to float to other departments as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric Medical Surgical patients Utilize Cerner for comprehensive documentation and care coordination Respond effectively in urgent situations, including pediatric and adult emergencies Adapt to changing census needs, including floating between Medical Surgical and Skilled Nursing units Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
