Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, collaborating closely with physicians and care teams Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform treatments according to best practices Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, supporting a range of diagnoses and needs
Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of one year recent Med Surg nursing experience (Travel experience preferred but not required) Proficiency in patient assessment, documentation, and care coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills
