As a vital team member in this Medical/Surgical Telemetry environment, you'll collaborate with dedicated professionals while expanding your expertise in cardiac care, post-cath procedures, and cutting-edge interventions. This role not only promises technical growth but also offers the daily challenge and fulfillment of supporting patients at critical stages of their recovery.
Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts with every other weekend required 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical cardiology patients Accurately interpret telemetry strips and manage cardiac drips Perform post-cath care for PCI, ICD, PPM, and ablation procedures Utilize TR Bands and femoral approaches as needed Maintain optimal RN-to-patient ratios (
Nights:
1:6) Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN License AHA BLS certification Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cardiac-focused setting Proven skill in telemetry, cardiac drips, and interpreting rhythms
