Job Description

On assignment in a modern rehabilitation setting, you'll work with dynamic professionals utilizing leading technology such as Meditech EMR, iSTAT, and advanced patient care equipment. This experience not only enhances your expertise in med/surg and rehab nursing, but also exposes you to collaborative patient-centered care models and innovative leadership approaches—valuable additions to your evolving resume.
Schedule:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital med/surg experience Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience:
CRRN certification Familiarity with Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute environments Experience with telemetry patients and the ability to pass Airstrip telemetry competency ACLS certification
Responsibilities:
Participate in creating and delivering rehabilitation care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team Perform comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments Administer IV medications, antibiotics, blood products, and manage wound vac dressings Draw labs and monitor glucose with appropriate equipment Educate patients and families, serving as a caring resource and advocate
