Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts 48 hours per week (not accepting 36-hour candidates) No blocked scheduling Every other weekend/holiday required

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care in Med/Surg and Telemetry units, with flexibility to float to all inpatient areas as needed. Support teams in various clinical roles, including acting as an aide if assigned. Accurately interpret and monitor telemetry strips. Contribute to effective communication with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain adaptability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Qualifications:

Current KY or compact RN license

AHA BLS, AHA

ACLS, and NIHSS certifications EKG competency (testing required during onboarding) Minimum one year RN experience in Med/Surg-Tele with Level I or II Trauma exposure Previous experience with Care View/EPIC charting preferred (on-site training provided) Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and manage a 1:6 patient ratio COVID vaccine or approved medical/religious declination with weekly testing
