This position is designed for professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional inpatient care and collaborating within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30

AM Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Experience in medical-surgical, orthopedic, and telemetry settings required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt to multiple units and patient populations as operational needs dictate Proven track record of providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient needs, with a focus on ortho/med/surg/telemetry Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and patient safety Administer medications, perform routine and specialized interventions, and monitor patient responses Document all care accurately in the electronic medical record Adjust quickly to changing assignments, including floating to other units and shifts as required to meet patient care demands Serve as an advocate for patients and their families during hospitalization
