Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Embark on a rewarding adventure in North, SC, a region brimming with Southern hospitality, historic charm, and scenic surroundings. As a traveling MRI Technologist, you'll have the chance to develop your expertise in a dynamic Level III Trauma facility alongside experienced healthcare professionals, all while exploring a new part of the country. Shift Details:
Schedule:
5x8s, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
Weekend Requirement:
Possible, if on-call
On-Call:
Required, with rotation among staff (M-F 6:00 PM-5:30 AM; weekends from Saturday 5:30 AM to Monday 5:30 AM)
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience (first-time travelers are not accepted) Current BLS certification ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT credentials Experience using Philips MRI equipment Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced, trauma-level setting
Key Responsibilities:
Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals Participate in on-call rotation and respond effectively during high-pressure situations Document patient information and scanning procedures accurately in the Epic system Adhere to all facility guidelines, including emergency protocols during hurricane season
