Key Qualifications:

Current and valid ARRT (MR) certification required State licensure in Radiologic Technology (if applicable) Minimum one year of recent MRI experience desired Proven proficiency with MRI equipment and contrast materials Strong patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare MRI suite and patients for examinations, ensuring patient comfort and safety Draw, administer, and document intravenous and oral contrast as needed; complete warm-up procedures for MRI equipment Interview and screen patients for contraindications; explain procedures and address patient concerns Assist with safe transport and positioning of patients; use correct protocols, coils, and restraints Execute MRI scans, monitor patient responses, and adjust imaging parameters for optimal results Ensure accurate image orientation and sequence, maintaining precise records for radiologist interpretation Prepare and organize records, ensuring all clinical information and image orders are complete
