This assignment invites you to broaden your professional experience, deepen your understanding of advanced MRI practices, and develop crucial leadership and training skills by supporting new staff and MRI students. Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare leaders, gaining exposure to innovative approaches and workplace cultures.
Schedule:
40 hours per week 8-Hour Day Shifts:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00PM Call:
Four days per monthKey Qualifications:
ARRT (MR) certification required (or within one year of hire) Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (preferred upon hire; required before patient care) Minimum 1 year of MRI experience in a hospital setting Proficiency with GE MRI equipment (1.5T Signa Artist & 3T Premier) Understanding of MRI safety principles, scan protocols, and contrast administration Knowledge of PACS andEPIC EHR
preferred Associate's degree from an ARRT-accredited program preferred Must reside outside a 50-mile radiusPrimary Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures and IV contrast administration following established clinical protocols Validate quality and accuracy of procedural data Operate advanced MRI technology and troubleshoot equipment as needed Mentor MRI students and assist in staff education Deliver compassionate direct patient care across all age groups (excluding pediatrics) Uphold safety standards for patients, staff, and selfOutstanding Benefits & Perks:
