Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel A highly skilled MRI technologist is sought for a pivotal contract opportunity within a busy imaging department. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in providing assistance with inpatient MRI studies and possess the independence to manage a demanding workflow. Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Marietta, GA.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:30
AM Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience specializing in MRI Current and valid BLS certification required ARRT(MR) certification required Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record systems strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
Responsibilities:
Perform inpatient MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards Operate and maintain MRI equipment efficiently, ensuring image clarity and patient safety at all times Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and support them through procedures Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within Cerner and adhere to all hospital policies This 13-week contract is ideal for experienced MRI technologists seeking to utilize their skills in a dynamic environment.
