Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Advance your career by utilizing your MRI expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about imaging and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care. As part of a large, modern, and accredited medical facility providing services for an expansive area, you'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and access advanced technology in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule/Hours:
Orientation offered weekly, starting each
Monday Qualifications:
Previous experience performing MRI imaging in a clinical setting Valid and current MRI-related certifications (must be secured before starting) Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration Compliance with all travel requirements, including living over 60 miles from the facility
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct MRI examinations following physician directives and imaging protocols Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring clarity regarding the process and addressing questions with empathy Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists and referring providers Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient data in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to infection prevention and safety standards Participate in ongoing education and facility orientation to stay current on best practices
