Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform nursing and delegated medical functions per state standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal nursing care Conduct ongoing health status assessments and monitor patient progress Provide direct and indirect health counseling, therapy, and education to patients and families Execute delegated medical orders and supervise care, as appropriate Refer for further evaluation or treatment based on individual needs Document all care activities diligently according to hospital and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Support organizational mission, vision, and values, adhering to professional and service standards May be required to float to other departments based on organizational needs

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing Prior experience in NICU nursing required BLS and NRP certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work independently
