Key Responsibilities:
Perform independent and delegated nursing functions aligned with state Board of Nursing standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive NICU nursing care Continuously evaluate neonatal health status and update care plans accordingly Provide patient and family health teaching and counseling Administer supportive and restorative therapies, both directly and through team collaboration Execute delegated medical functions and coordinate further patient evaluation or treatment Document patient care activities in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Utilize available resources efficiently Float to other departments as required (within competency scope) Occasionally take on-call responsibilities during regular shiftsQualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Proven clinical experience in a NICU setting BLS and NRP certifications (active and up-to-date) Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skillsBenefits:
