Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or NMTCB) Valid state license in Nuclear Medicine Technology (or eligibility to obtain) BLS/CPR certification At least one year of experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting preferred Strong technical and analytical skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality nuclear imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring patient safety and comfort Operate and maintain state-of-the-art imaging equipment Accurately document procedures and patient information in the EMR Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards Provide compassionate support and education to patients throughout the imaging process
