Valid, unrestricted RN license. Minimum one year OR experience required. Experience with a broad range of surgical procedures, both elective and critical, preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong attendance reliability and time management; adherence to a strict attendance policy is required.Major Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care across various specialties. Prepare operating rooms and assist surgical teams before, during, and after procedures. Monitor patient safety and promptly respond to intraoperative changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
