Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current, valid Occupational Therapist license Previous experience in a hospital or acute rehab setting preferred Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering patient-centered care
Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy assessments and design goal-oriented, individualized care plans Provide hands-on therapy utilizing advanced equipment and modern techniques Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to promote optimal patient outcomes Document patient progress, update records, and communicate with care teams Educate patients and families on techniques to enhance independence and quality of life Maintain a safe, organized, and motivating therapy environment
