Schedule:
Flexible start dates with Monday options upon hospital approval; may include both inpatient and outpatient shifts. Some outpatient therapy shifts possible, but inpatient expertise is necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Current Oregon Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility with application in process Outpatient therapy experience with adults (including neuro and post-surgical patients) Demonstrated inpatient therapy skills Valid driver's license or equivalent Computer literacy and EMR documentation skills
Essential Responsibilities:
Plan and administer tailored occupational therapy programs under provider orders Conduct patient screenings, informal evaluations, and facilitate appropriate referrals Assemble and execute individualized therapy treatment plans; revise as needed based on outcomes Prepare, maintain, and secure accurate documentation including evaluation reports, daily notes, and billing Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
