Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting Valid Occupational Therapy license Proficiency in therapy assessment, treatment planning, and patient documentation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to patient-centered, evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to acute care patients Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Coordinate care with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation teams Document patient progress in accordance with hospital standards Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home care techniques Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
