Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas Previous experience in hospital-based therapy strongly preferred Understanding of diverse therapy protocols and multidisciplinary collaboration Exceptional communication and patient care skills Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate rehabilitation servicesResponsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to hospital patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans Track and document patient progress, communicating updates with clinical staff and families Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and adaptive techniques Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiativesBenefits and Perks:
