Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - OT Job Type Travel If you're seeking adventure and a rewarding professional experience, consider a travel OT assignment in the picturesque community of Chiloquin, OR. This role will allow you to enhance your résumé by managing a varied caseload, including outpatient adults facing neuro conditions and post-surgical recovery, as well as inpatient therapy. Schedule/Hours:
Flexible start dates (upon Monday approval) Assignment may include inpatient and some outpatient coverage
Qualifications:
Current Oregon occupational therapy license or the ability to obtain Outpatient therapy experience with adults (including neuro and post-surgical cases) Proficiency in inpatient therapy Valid driver's license or acceptable alternative Strong computer literacy Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to documentation standards
Responsibilities:
Plan and administer evidence-based occupational therapy treatments as ordered Provide diagnostic and skilled therapy services for adult inpatient and outpatient populations Regularly re-evaluate patients, modify care plans, and prepare discharge summaries Maintain accurate documentation, billing records, and progress notes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in patient identification and referral
