Requirements:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota (must be attached with resume) Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Willingness to travel locally for home/daycare visits Strong documentation and communication skills Flexible, adaptable approach to scheduling
Responsibilities:
Provide OT services for infants, toddlers, and youth through ESY (Extended School Year) coverage Perform monthly home/daycare visits as part of an interdisciplinary team Deliver indirect, consultative support for students ages 3-22 Maintain timely and accurate records/documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to ensure comprehensive service delivery
