Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract Looking to combine meaningful clinical work with a scenic coastal assignment? Soliant is seeking an experienced Travel Oncology Pharmacist to support a newly established oncology infusion center within a hospital setting on Oregon's beautiful southern coast—just a short drive from Brookings, known for its mild climate, ocean views, and easy access to the Redwoods. This is a unique opportunity to step into a growing program and make a real impact while enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest coastline has to offer.
Assignment Details:
Start Date:
June (plenty of time to secure Oregon licensure)
Duration:
26 weeks
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
System:
EPIC What You'll Do:
Verify and oversee medication orders for oncology patients Prepare and compound chemotherapy and other hazardous medications Ensure compliance with USP standards and safe handling protocols Collaborate closely with oncology nurses and providers to support infusion therapy patients Play a key role in daily pharmacy operations within a hospital-based infusion center
What We're Looking For:
PharmD required Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or willingness to obtain before start) Current experience as a pharmacist in a hospital-based oncology or infusion center Strong background in chemotherapy preparation and hazardous drug compounding If you're a detail-oriented oncology pharmacist looking for a rewarding travel assignment in a peaceful, coastal setting—this is one worth exploring.
