Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour day shifts per week
Monday:
7:00 am start
Tuesday:
8:00 am start
Thursday:
7:00 am start
Friday:
6:30 am start No weekends or holidays
Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license Minimum of 1-2 years recent medical-surgical oncology experience preferred Chemo certification required (Oncology certification not required) Demonstrated ability to administer chemotherapy safely and effectively Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient response Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team to coordinate personalized care plans Document all interventions and patient updates accurately Educate patients and families regarding treatments and side effects Foster an environment of compassion, trust, and support
