Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients, responding to unique needs in an MS Oncology setting Collaborate with physicians and the wider care team for coordinated, individualized care plans Implement, document, and update nursing care based on ongoing assessments and patient changes Perform and document therapeutic interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort Advocate for evidence-based care standards and champion the adoption of new practices Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing models Prioritize and adjust plans of care as patient acuity and clinical priorities shift Undertake additional nursing duties as needed in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Experience in Med-Surg and Oncology nursing strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
