This travel assignment offers an excellent opportunity to expand your OR nursing knowledge by collaborating with a team that provides a broad spectrum of care—ranging from diagnostic to rehabilitative services. The region is known for its year-round sunshine, vibrant local culture, and stunning natural attractions like the Organ Mountains, White Sands National Park, and over 250 miles of scenic trails for outdoor adventures. Working in this facility exposes you to diverse procedures and leadership styles, enhancing your clinical proficiency and adaptability. Schedule/Hours:
Weekly orientation on Mondays (offers a supportive start) Travel assignments require residence at least 60 miles from the facilityDesired Qualifications:
Active RN license Proven experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting Required certifications (must be completed before start) Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environmentResponsibilities:
Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary health teams Maintain sterile/aseptic technique throughout each case Monitor patient safety and response during procedures Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with protocolsBenefits and Perks:
