Schedule/Hours:

Choose between three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Rotating call schedule including weekdays, weekends, and possible holiday rotations Flexibility required; assignment may involve floating to local surgery centers as operational needs arise

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications required At least three years of recent Operating Room experience Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho OR background is preferred Experience with Epic EMR Adaptable and team-oriented, ready to float as needed

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care while circulating and scrubbing on diverse surgical cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Participate in rotating call responsibilities, responding effectively to emergent surgical needs Uphold best practices in safety, infection control, and documentation
