You'll benefit from working under physician direction, coordinating and directing therapy services, and gaining insight into advanced patient safety programs and program delivery models.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapy licensure in applicable state, in good standing Previous hospital or outpatient PT experience preferred Ability to evaluate patients and design functional therapy plans Experience in educating patients, families, students, and coworkers Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and compliance requirements Commitment to upholding professional codes of conduct and organizational core values
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans Implement and modify therapy interventions to achieve targeted patient outcomes Manage documentation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner Delegate therapy-related responsibilities as appropriate, ensuring best outcomes Serve as an educator and mentor to learners and peers Adhere to safety-focused practices such as infection control, safe patient handling, and workplace hazard reporting Participate in ongoing professional development, including self-initiated learning and collaboration
