Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment, full-time Shifts aligned with clinic operational hours
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Current, valid Physical Therapy license for Texas (or ability to obtain) Previous experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Ability to provide patient and family education with clarity and empathy Commitment to professional ethics, development, and ongoing education
Core Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans in accordance with goals, patient needs, and physician direction Delegate and direct therapy services specific to assigned patients Ensure thorough and accurate medical record documentation and compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines Foster a learning environment by participating in student programs and professional development activities Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and conduct in all clinical interactions
