Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment Full-time, outpatient hospital environment
Key Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous experience with outpatient or hospital-based therapy is preferred Commitment to excellence in patient care and safety Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and continually update treatment strategies based on patient goals and physician directions Ensure effective delegation and direction of all assigned therapy services Design functional, community-focused rehabilitation programs Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Maintain exemplary documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Participate in safety initiatives and uphold all relevant compliance standards Facilitate professional growth for both self and students through teaching, collaboration, and continual learning
