Valid and current state Physical Therapy license (or eligible for licensure) Hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred Familiarity with safe patient handling and infection control Excellent clinical reasoning and interdisciplinary communication skills Strong documentation and organizational abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development and advocacy Adherence to ethical practice and state regulatory requirementsKey Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans to promote patient progress within expected length of stay Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and remove barriers to patient discharge Efficiently manage individual, group, and concurrent therapy sessions Complete timely and compliant documentation across all patient care episodes Encourage professional growth in self and others through continuing education and mentorship, including involvement with student programs Participate in advocacy, community events, and performance improvement activitiesBenefits & Perks:
