Schedule/Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:45am-4:15pm 40 hours guaranteed weekly No weekends or on-call shifts

Qualifications and Experience:

Current Physical Therapist state license and CPR certification required At least 1 year of experience (outpatient orthopedics preferred) Strong general, orthopedic, neuro, balance, or pain management skills Proficiency with Epic EMR system is beneficial Team-oriented and flexible, ready to adapt to shifting patient needs
