Key Schedule Details:
Travel position with flexible duration Full-time coverage in a hospital outpatient environment
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maine (or eligible) Previous experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based therapy preferred Ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans Strong skills in delegation and direction of therapy services Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and documentation skills Passion for professional development and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design treatment programs aiming for effective community reintegration Maintain accurate, timely medical record documentation according to all policies and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with physicians, patients, families, and care teams Serve as an educator and mentor to patients, families, colleagues, and students Apply principles of safe patient handling and workplace safety in daily practice Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain all required licensure and certifications Participate in organizational performance improvement and quality initiatives
