Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to provide work/life balance
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey (or eligibility) Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings is highly preferred Ability to perform thorough patient evaluations and implement customized treatment plans Strong communication skills to educate patients, families, and colleagues Knowledge and adherence to safety protocols and professional codes of conduct Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining required
CEUs Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop evidence-based, patient-specific treatment plans in line with physician directives Delegate and provide direction for all therapy services in your discipline Design effective functional treatment programs to promote return to community activities Document all interventions, outcomes, and communications clearly and in a timely fashion, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards Maintain safety standards, focusing on best practices in patient and employee safety, infection control, and environmental awareness Serve as a positive role model for students and new staff by participating in education and training programs Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
