Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance
Qualifications:
Valid and current Physical Therapist licensure in good standing Clinical competency in serving diverse adult and geriatric populations Proven experience in hospital-based outpatient therapy settings preferred Ability to design individualized functional treatment plans Commitment to safe patient handling and infection control standards
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and craft tailored treatment plans Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely, adhering to policy, regulatory, and insurance guidelines Act as a mentor and resource in the student clinical program Serve as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues Actively create and pursue a professional development plan, pursuing continuing education Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, offering constructive feedback Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance, attendance, and ethical practice
