Qualifications & Experience:
Current license to practice Physical Therapy (PT) in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure) Experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is a plus Strong clinical reasoning and ability to create individualized treatment plans Proven professionalism, adherence to ethical standards, and confidentiality Commitment to maintaining continuing education and regulatory compliance
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals, adjusting as required under physician direction Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Design functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities Provide education to patients, families, students, colleagues, and yourself Maintain clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation aligned with clinic, state, federal, and insurance requirements Participate as an educator and mentor within the student program Foster and monitor patient and employee safety, consistently following safety protocols in all therapeutic procedures Engage in ongoing professional development, striving for quality care and organizational objectives
