Schedule/Hours:

What You'll Do:
Evaluate assigned patients and design individualized treatment plans in line with their goals and physician guidance Oversee the delivery of discipline-specific therapy services and ensure functional treatment programs Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues to promote recovery and understanding Uphold high standards of clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and clinic policies Participate in mentorship and clinical development, including student supervision and feedback Champion patient and workplace safety, actively recognizing and addressing potential hazards Foster personal and professional growth through ongoing education and active involvement in organizational improvement efforts
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state required Experience in an outpatient or acute care setting highly preferred Demonstrated clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills Commitment to continuous learning, ethical practice, and patient-centered care
