Required Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in South Dakota or eligibility for licensure Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred Ability to assess and treat diverse patient populations Excellent communication and documentation skills CPR/BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for acute and sub-acute patients Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and mobility Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists for comprehensive care Document clinical activities clearly and compliantly in patient records Educate patients and families on treatment processes and at-home therapies
